In Prato, this technique evolved into a unique knowledge, passed down from generation to generation. Here, among the Tuscan hills, the revolutionary idea was born: to transform recycled wool (the result of virtuous recycling) into a luxurious, resistant, and thermoregulating fabric through the cooking process. The secret heart of boiled wool. Following digital instructions, the wool fleece is immersed in temperature-controlled baths and gently agitated. The fibers felt differently, shaping the designed reliefs and blending the colors into a dense, elastic, and structurally complex fabric.

By controlling the felting process with millimeter precision, a programmed three-dimensional surface is created. Each rise and fall responds to the creative design, and colors blend with iridescent depths at different heights. This structural magic:
