Shipping and returns

Orders are processed from MONDAY to FRIDAY during office hours and shipments are made via selected couriers.
Orders are shipped on the first working day following the day the order was placed, subject to confirmation of merchandise availability and bank verification for our new customers.
Orders placed during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and on national holidays will be processed starting from the morning of the working day following the holiday.
Estimated and indicative delivery times are 24/48 hours for the main cities in Italy.
European destinations range from 5 to 7 days.


All NATIONAL and EUROPEAN shipments are made via selected couriers.
The prices of the items published and on sale on the site do not include shipping costs.
The customer, at the time of ordering, will be able to check the shipping cost relating to his purchase online during the online purchasing procedure.
Once the order has been completed, the customer will receive an order and shipping confirmation email, which also contains the LINK to track the delivery.
Upon receipt of the goods, customers are requested to carefully inspect the package before signing for delivery.
If for any reason the package appears tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, customers are requested to refuse delivery and promptly notify our customer service ( info@fratihome.com ).
If the package is not delivered for reasons attributable to the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.) or if the customer refuses delivery, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund due.

Return and Refund Management
In the event that and for any reason the customer is not satisfied with his purchase, the items can be returned within 10 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
FRATI HOME (FRATI HOME COLLECTION AND TOSCANE WEAR) BY FRATI SRL will only refund the value of the returned goods.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, excluding returns of goods that FRATI HOME (FRATI HOME COLLECTION E LANERIE TOSCANE) BY FRATI SRL recognises as VERIFIED DEFECTIVE GOODS.
To proceed with the return of the goods, the customer must have previously contacted customer service at the email address info@fratihome.com and have explained the reasons for the return of the goods in writing.
FRATI HOME (FRATI HOME COLLECTION AND TOSCANE LANERIE) BY FRATI SRL reserves the right to accept only returns that comply with all of the following conditions:

  • The customer must send an email to the following email address: info@fratihome.com

  • Each item must be returned with all labels attached and folded in its own bag.

  • The returned goods must not show any signs of use and must not be altered in any way.

  • The goods must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped and adequately packaged.

  • Returns must be sent back in the appropriately closed FRATI HOME COLLECTION ® envelope.

  • The return must reach our warehouse within 10 days of confirmation of return authorization.

  • Goods must be returned from the same country to which the order was shipped.

FRATI HOME (FRATI HOME COLLECTION AND TOSCANE WEAR) BY FRATI SRL reserves the right not to accept returned goods if they do not comply with the terms and conditions listed in our returns and refunds management.
In the case of defective goods recognized as such by FRATI HOME (FRATI HOME COLLECTION E LANERIE TOSCANE) BY FRATI SRL, the refund of the goods will include the costs of shipping and returning the goods.


Refunds
The refund amount will be equal to the value of the returned item.
FRATI HOME (FRATI HOME COLLECTION AND TOSCANE LANERIE) BY FRATI SRL reserves 5 days to check the goods and request a refund.
Upon approval of the refund request, the customer will receive a confirmation email.
