  • The contract is concluded when www.fratihome.com registers the order form after verifying the correctness of the data relating to the order itself and the payment.

  • All prices reported on the www.fratihome.com website are in euros and include VAT. This amount will be highlighted in a separate item on the order form prior to sending and on the order confirmation email.

  • The user will be charged the price of the product indicated on the site at the time the order was sent by them.

  • FRATI HOME (FRATI HOME COLLECTION E LANERIE TOSCANE) BY FRATI SRL will process the purchase order after confirming the authorization to pay the total amount consisting of the purchase price, shipping costs, and any additional costs, as indicated in the order form.

 

AVAILABILITY
The products offered on the site are limited in number and may be sold at discounted prices. Therefore, it is possible that a product ordered may no longer be available after the purchase order has been registered. In any case of unavailability of the product ordered by the user, FRATI HOME (FRATI HOME COLLECTION E LANERIE TOSCANE) BY FRATI SRL will inform the customer by e-mail and the order will be cancelled. If payment has already been made, FRATI HOME (FRATI HOME COLLECTION E LANERIE TOSCANE) BY FRATI SRL will refund the sum paid by the user, including shipping costs, immediately and in any case no later than thirty days from the day following the sending of the order. The refund amount will be communicated by e-mail and credited to the same payment method used for the purchase (see POS).
FRATI HOME (FRATI HOME COLLECTION E LANERIE TOSCANE) BY FRATI SRL declines all responsibility for any delays in crediting, which depend on the Bank or the type of credit card used for payment. In any case, the value date of the re-credited amount will be the same as the debit date.

DELIVERY
Orders are processed from MONDAY to FRIDAY during office hours, and shipments are made via selected couriers.
Orders are shipped on the first working day following the day the order was placed, subject to confirmation of merchandise availability and bank verification for our new customers.
Orders placed during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and national holidays will be processed starting from the morning of the working day following the holiday.
Estimated and indicative delivery times are 24/48 hours for major cities in Italy.
European destinations vary from 5 to 7 days.

SHIPPING COSTS
All NATIONAL and EUROPEAN shipments are carried out by selected couriers.
The prices of the items published and for sale on the site do not include transport costs.
At the time of order, the customer can check the shipping cost related to their purchase online during the online purchase procedure.
Once the order is completed, the customer will receive a confirmation email for the order and shipment, which will also contain the LINK to monitor the delivery tracking.
Upon receipt of the goods, customers are kindly requested to carefully inspect the package before signing to confirm delivery of the shipment.
If for any reason the packaging appears tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, customers are requested to refuse delivery and promptly inform our customer service (info@fratihome.com).
If the package is not delivered due to reasons dependent on the customer (incorrect address, recipient always absent, incorrect phone number, etc.) or if the customer refuses delivery, the shipping costs will be deducted from the due refund.

PAYMENT
Payment for products purchased on the site is made through PAYPAL – VISA – MASTERCARD circuits, whose payments will be processed via a secure server-to-server connection using the encrypted HTTPS protocol.

INVOICE
If an invoice is deemed necessary, the customer is required to communicate this during the purchase process. The receipt for each purchase will be available in the personal profile section.

JURISDICTION
For any dispute that may arise, the Court of Prato-Italy shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise specified by law.

RETURN AND REFUND MANAGEMENT
If, for any reason, the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, items can be returned within 10 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
FRATI HOME (FRATI HOME COLLECTION E LANERIE TOSCANE) BY FRATI SRL will only refund the value of the returned goods.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, excluding returns of goods that FRATI HOME (FRATI HOME COLLECTION E LANERIE TOSCANE) BY FRATI SRL recognizes as VERIFIED DEFECTIVE GOODS.
To proceed with the return of goods, the customer must have previously contacted customer service at info@fratihome.com and stated the reasons for returning the goods in writing.
FRATI HOME (FRATI HOME COLLECTION E LANERIE TOSCANE) BY FRATI SRL reserves the right to accept returns that comply with all the following conditions:

  • The customer must send an email to the following email address: info@fratihome.com

  • Each item must be returned with all labels attached and folded in its original bag.

  • The returned goods must not show any signs of use and must not be altered in any way.

  • The goods must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped and adequately packaged.

  • Returns must be returned in the FRATI HOME COLLECTION ® bag, properly sealed.

  • The return must reach our warehouse within 10 days from the confirmation of return authorization.

  • The goods must be returned from the same country from which the order was shipped.

FRATI HOME (FRATI HOME COLLECTION E LANERIE TOSCANE) BY FRATI SRL reserves the right not to accept returned goods if they do not comply with the terms and conditions listed in our return and refund policy.
In the case of defective goods recognized as such by FRATI HOME (FRATI HOME COLLECTION E LANERIE TOSCANE) BY FRATI SRL, the refund for the goods will include shipping and return costs.
 
REFUNDS
The refund amount will be equal to the value of the returned item.

Upon approval of the refund request, the customer will receive a confirmation email.

CONFORMITY WARRANTY
